Executive Core Team
Frédéric Maas studied European studies and economics in France, Switzerland and Canada. He holds master’s degrees from the University of St. Gallen and Sciences Po Paris. He is also an authorised and sworn translator and interpreter as well as a business mediator. In recent years, Frédéric Maas has assisted in the application and coordination of numerous subsidised projects and is the author of several studies for the European Commission.
Alisa Kohlwes holds a bachelor’s degree in European Studies from Maastricht University and a master’s degree in Welfare Policies and Management from Lund University. She is responsible for the coordination of our national and international projects as well as quality assurance. Due to her many years of experience in project management, she is particularly involved in complex projects and consortia projects.
After obtaining his law licence, Stefan Zickgraf has been working in the EU environment for almost 30 years. He has been involved in numerous European projects, three of which he personally coordinated. Stefan has also served on the management board of EUROTÜV Südwest, as managing director of a European business association and is currently a board member of the EUREKA metallurgy cluster in Brussels.
Marc Binzenhöfer is the coordinator of our EU Funding Hub network. He holds a master’s degree in Cultural Studies and Business Administration from Viadrina University. After working at the Polish Ministry of Economy and Aareal Bank, he specialised in funding within The Funding Team, particularly in national and regional funding and financing opportunities at EU-level as well as in Germany, Poland and Italy.

Peter Bechstein is a partner at TFT's parent company CONCILIUS AG. He has many years of expertise in regulatory issues, in particular for manufacturing companies and in the area of subsidies. Prior to this, he worked for several years as Head of Human Resources and Head of Legal and Corporate Policy in industry. Peter Bechstein studied law and business administration in Tübingen and Freiburg i. Br.
Guntram Dopfer has been a member of the Management Board of TFT parent company CONCILIUS AG since 2009. Within the company he is responsible for finance, human resources and infrastructure. He has a degree in banking and communications and studied business administration in Bamberg and Munich. He specialises in infrastructure, retail and subsidy projects.
